Prices and Specifications: Tru-Clear Inc (TCI) reserves the right to change prices or specifications at any time, without prior notice
Payment & Terms: Payment in full by check, money order or credit card payment must accompany and orders. TCI will accept purchase orders with Net 15 day payment terms to recognized companies and organizations upon receipt and acceptance of our standard application. Any applicable state, local or federal taxes will be added unless customer has submitted the required tax exemption certificate(s). All orders will be shipped with freight prepaid and added to invoice, FOB point is Franklin Park, IL , unless other arrangements are made at time of PO/order entry.
Damage Claims: Claims for damage in transit or concealed damages must be reported to the “carrier” within 5 business days of shipment receipt. Shortage claims must be reported in writing to the “carrier” and TCI. Any damages or shortages should be noted on the bill of lading, carrier receipt, at time of delivery.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and issuance of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from AMC. This RGA number must appear on all authorized returns. Return Shipments must be prepaid.
Warranty: TCI warrants the skimmers materials of construction (fabricated and formed components) for 2 years against damage from chemicals and normal operations. Motor and electrical cords are warrantied for 6 months in the course of normal operations. All warranty claims require a RGA number, description of failure, return of unit/component for TCI inspection. TCI will respond to claim within 5 working days for a disposition.
